Since we live in Jacksonville, Florida, the main indication of changing seasons is the food. Winter comes and goes and we barely notice. When it’s warm year round, seasonal menu changes at local restaurants are a Floridian’s way of knowing the seasons have changed. Since it’s almost spring, expect a shift in menu soon. As for Marker 32, the menu is nothing short of spectacular year round and the following are our highly recommended seasonal dishes:
Seared New Bedford Scallops
collard greens/creamy grits/roasted corn basil shrimp broth
The scallops are nice, big, seasoned and seared to perfection. The greens have a great flavoring and the grits are the perfect combination of creamy and cheesy.

Seared Iron Beef Tenderloin
7 oz./ English pea and pecorino risotto/ wild mushroom demi
If you’re not a huge seafood fan or you’re simply in the mood for a beef tenderloin that melts-in-your-mouth, look no further. The combination of our specially prepared tenderloin and risotto is an out-of-this-world combination.

Wood Grilled Atlantic Salmon
beet puree/fennel & red onion salad/feta/marcona almonds/lemon rice
The atlantic salmon is prepared with a delicious complex flavor and a classic presentation. The lemon rice compliments the salmon beautifully. The salmon is wood grilled to perfection, making it a must-try spring dish.

Wood Grilled Heritage Pork Chop
14 oz./ peach bourbon molasses jus/ brown butter and roasted hasselback sweet potato/ collard greens
This is another popular wood grilled dish on the Marker 32 menu that’s perfect for spring. The portion size is excellent, the molasses jus is on point and our collard greens are a year-round hit. The meat is cooked precisely so it’s always juicy and flavorful.

Blackened Yellowfin Tuna
blackened tuna/ creamy cilantro jasmine rice/ toasted almonds/ mango jicama salad/ mango datil puree
This tuna is cooked perfectly and well-seasoned, you’ll be licking your plate clean. The combination of the blackened tuna, creamy cilantro jasmine rice and mango datil puree is to die for.
